This session is a time of rest and relaxation. If you prefer a quiet session with no talking, that is also an option. Mention it to the therapist and we will gladly accommodate.
Hand and Foot Revival
This session begins by working the reflexes in bilateral hands and forearms to provide relief for fingers and wrists. Finishing with foot reflexology, you can ensure you will leave this one-hour session with less tension in your entire body.
Children's Reflexology Therapy Session
A shortened reflexology session designed for children. Children often fully enjoy a foot reflexology therapy session and eventually stay for the entire one-hour session. We keep this appointment flexible for timing.
The Gold Star Treatment
This entails 90 minutes of reflexology therapy and manual lymph drainage of the face and neck, plus gua sha beginning at the decolletage and continuing to the face, then hands. Finishing with 45 minutes on the feet.
